GemRise Learning is informed by David Keirsey’s (1998) four-type temperament theory. This gives teachers a quick and practical way to recognize:

their general temperament and strengths, and
-
common stress triggers that can lead to behavior challenges.
Rather than labeling students, GemRise uses these patterns to guide wise choices about instruction, environment, and supports.
